This page is meant to be a realistic general guide for a cleaning schedule. My advice is to not stress to much about the scheduling and create your own schedule as an ideal cleaning goal and don't feel pressured to do everything accordingly to it if you can't at the moment.
One time when I was first creating my cleaning schedules, I got too much obsessed with it that I would have a calendar to fill with the things to do and I would stress so much with it that it wasn't good. So I abolished it and keep the important things in my head and fill up post-its when I need to clean anything outside the usual things. But I still wanted to have an ideal schedule and also help people that are just starting and have no idea what to do, so this page is a good starting point, then you can abandon it and create your own personal cleaning schedule.
This page is organised in how frequent you should clean each thing, the more frequent a room or object is used the more frequent you will need to clean it, but the needs may differ for person to person (e.g. if you don't cook at home your kitchen will stay clean all week with little cleaning needed).
